Produced in Jérez de la Frontera, the very heart of Sherry country, Ximénez-Spínola Exceptional Harvest is a truly singular Spanish white wine

A varietal Pedro Ximénez, it is produced by the Ximénez-Spinola winery.

Carried out by hand, the harvesting of the grapes took place two weeks after the usual time in order to obtain some beautifully overripe, naturally sweet fruit. Once in the cellar, they were macerated with the skins in stainless steel tanks.

Then this white wine from Jerez was transferred into old American oak barrels, where it was aged for 4 months on its lees with periodic stirrings.

An exceptional, labouriously crafted white wine, Ximénez-Spínola Exceptional Harvest 2022 will improve in the bottle for many years.

Production around 25,000 bottles.
