Probably the best known Spanish red wine of Bodega Hnos. Pérez Pascuas, Viña Pedrosa Crianza is a varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) coming from DO Ribera del Duero.
It is made from vineyards about 35 years old, planted at 835 metres of altitude in Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos).
The vines were harvested by hand and traditionally vinified. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.
After that, Viña Pedrosa Crianza 2020 was aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was bottled and aged for a further 6 months in the bottle before its commercial release.

| Nose | Expressive and well balanced, this varietal Tinto Fina (aka Tempranillo) conveys suggestions of spices and smoke, alongside some lively aromas of wild berries, earth and balsam. There is a background of candied orange rind, with some mineral and earthy undertones. |
