The Cavas Vilarnau winery presents Vilarnau Brut Rosé Delicat Reserva, its new rosé Spanish sparkling wine.
Made from a blend defined by Grenache and complemented with Pinot Noir, the two wine musts of this organic rosé Cava were separately vinified.
Cold macerated for several hours and vinified in stainless steel tanks, once fermentation was completed this rosé Cava from Penedès was blended and bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation and an ageing period of at least 15 months.
