Produced by Josep Grau Viticultor, Vespres Blanc is a characterful Spanish white wine from DO Montsant.
A varietal White Grenache, the grapes come from 15-year-old vineyards situated near the village of Marçà. They are organically grown following environmentally-friendly procedures.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were gently crushed for 6 hours and then fermented with indigenous yeasts in a 1,900-litre concrete egg.
Finally, Vespres Blanc 2021 was aged on its lees in those same vats for a period of 5 months.
