Produced by Josep Grau Viticultor, Vespres is an impeccable Spanish red wine from DO Montsant.
A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, this Crianza red wine is produced from 50 to 70-year-old, low-yielding vineyards grown in mostly clay-limestone soils and located in the villages of Marçà, Capçanes and Falset. Agriculture follows the principles of organic and biodynamic farming.
Harvested in 10-kg. boxes, the grapes were fermented in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts. After that, Vespres 2021 was aged for 14 months in 2,000-litre oak vats.
