Produced by Mesquira Mora, one Mallorca’s most environmentally conscious wineries, Trispol is made from a blend of Callet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, coming from 35 to 50 year old vines.
Crafted from certified organic vineyards farmed following biodynamic principles, this Spanish red wine is produced in Porreres, an enchanting Majorcan town belonging to the DO Pla i Llevant.
Manually harvested and separately vinified, the grapes were first cold-soaked and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, Trispol 2018 was aged for 12 months in 5,000-litre wooden vats and 225-litre French oak barrels.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was aged for a further 12 months before its commercial release.
Aerate this organic red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
