A Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine from the Torelló winery, Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé is made from a blend of Macabeo and Pinot Noir. All the grapes were sourced from estate-owned vineyards.
Hand-harvested, the two varieties were gently pressed and vinified together. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts
After that, Torelló Pàl·lid Brut Rosé 2020 was bottled. After completing secondary fermentation, it was aged for 18 months minimum before the disgorgement.
This subtle Corpinnat sparkling wine will pair excellently with pasta recipes, sushi, Oriental cuisine and Moroccan dishes.
