A blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. Torelló Brut Reserva .is produced by the Torelló winery.
This Corpinnat organic sparkling wine is made from grapes sourced from Finca Can Martí, a vineyard located in the Alt Penedès area.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were gently pressed to obtain only the «free-run» juice. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, Torelló Brut Reserva 2018 was then blended and bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
Finally, this Spanish sparkling wine was aged for a minimum of 36 months prior to its release.
This a crisp, delicious Corpinnat sparkling wine. Pair with meat, fish and pasta recipes.
