The Torelló winery produces Torelló Brut Nature from vines planted in Finca Can Martí, a 135-hectare vineyard which belongs to the Torelló family since 1395.
It is worth mentioning that this Spanish sparkling wine is marketed under the Corpinnat label.
Made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the grapes were gently crushed to obtain only the free-run juice. After completing fermentation, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was bottled and added yeasts to induce secondary fermentation.
Once the process was completed, Torelló Brut Nature 2016 was aged for a minimum of 60 months in the cellar.
No shipping liquor was added to this Corpinnat brut nature after the disgorgement.
