A blend of old vines Grenache and Carignan, Terroir al Límit Terra de Cuques Negre is produced from biodynamically farmed vineyards 55 to 75 years of age.
Produced by the prestigious Terroir al Límit winery, the wine project of German-born Dominik Huber, this red wine from Priorat belongs to the «Vi de Vila» category, which qualifies the wines made from vineyards located near a specific village. In this case, Torroja del Priorat.
Harvested by hand, the grapes of were destemmed and cold-macerated. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in tanks gently infusing the wine must, with no color or tannin extraction whatsoever.
After that, Terroir al Límit Terra de Cuques Negre 2021 was aged for 18 months in huge used French oak vats.
