The wine Terra Remota Caminante bears the label DO Catalunya. This Spanish red wine is produced in Serra de l’Albera, near the Catalan-French border.
Made from a blend of White Grenache, Chenin and Chardonnay, the grapes were harvested from late August to mid September. They were kept refrigerated until the harvesting process was completed.
After that, they were gently pressed with a pneumatic press and separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
Then this organic white wine produced by the Terra Remota winery was aged on its lees for a period of 7 months in American and French oak barrels.
Finally, Terra Remota Caminante 2019 was clarified and filtered before being bottled.
12,000 bottles produced.
