Produced by Bodegas Sers, Sers GR18 Cabernet Merlot, formerly known as Sers Reserva, comes from the harsh, windswept Spanish region of Somontano.

The 2016 vintage of this Spanish red wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes come from Finca La Morera, located at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level and farmed following sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.

The grapes were handpicked by and traditionally vinified. Then this Somontano red wine was aged for 18 months in American oak barrels.

After that, Sers GR18 Cabernet Merlot 2018 was delicately filtered and aged for another 18 months in the bottle.

The wine was not filtered before its bottling, so it may present some sediment.

Thus, we suggest that you decant this reserva red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
