A wine of the Marqués de Vizhoja winery, Señor da Folla Verde was produced from a single vineyard called Finca Las Moreiras, located in the Tea county, DO Rías Baixas.
Made solely from indigenous Galician varieties, this Spanish white wine is a blend of Albariño, Loureira and Treixadura.
Meticulously harvested and vinified, the grapes were cold-soaked for 16 hours and gently crushed. After that, Señor da Folla Verde 2021 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks.
Only 10,000 bottles were produced of this white wine from Rías Baixas.
