Made by Bodegas Roda, Sela is produced from 15 to 30-year-old vineyards situated in La Rioja.
As usual, this Spanish red wine is made principally from Tempranillo, complemented with a brushstroke of Grenache and Graciano.
Traditionally vinified, both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in French oak vats. After that, this Crianza red wine was aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months.
Naturally stabilized, Sela 2020 was finally clarified with egg whites.
Aerate this red wine from La Rioja 30 minutes before drinking.
Pair with cured cheeses and roasted meat dishes.
