This Cava Gran Reserva Brut is made from 9 different wines, which were separately vinified to give it more complexity and elegance.
Produced by Heredad Segura Viudas, this Cava from Penedès is a blend of approximately two-thirds Macabeo and one-third Parellada. Interestingly, Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad was produced only from the free-run juice.
The grapes were manually harvested and gently pressed. After that, Segura Viudas Reserva Heredad was aged for a minimum of 30 months.
This Spanish sparkling wine belonging to the Cava designation has an attractive packaging, evocative of old silversmithing designs.
