Produced by Albert Jané, a young, but already prestigious winemaker, Ritme is the entry-level Spanish red wine of the Acústic Celler.
The 2019 vintage is composed of 70% Carignan (coming from 20 to 80 year old vines,) and 30% Grenache, coming from old vines.
The vineyards are planted on the trademark llicorella (slate) soils in different areas within the DOQ Priorat. After a traditional vinification, this Crianza red wine was aged for 10 months in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year oak barrels
Not filtered or clarified before bottling, Ritme 2020 will greatly benefit from some aeration.

| Palate | Pleasant and drinkable, this Priorat red wine from Acústic Celler has a smooth texture and an bridled intensity. Remembrances of menthol, bramble fruit and some mineral and balsamic nuances. Well-balanced acidity, savoury tannins and long finish with some remembrances of Mediterranean garrigue. |
