Scarce, sought-after and confidential, Rita is the flagship white wine of the Vinyes Domènech winery.
A varietal White Grenache, this Spanish white wine is crafted from over 50-year-old vineyards farmed following the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The plots have different soil compositions and sun orientations, a fact that gives a remarkable complexity to this white wine from Montsant.
Meticulously harvested, the grapes were macerated and fermented with indigenous yeasts in used French oak barrels.
After that, Rita 2022 from DO Montsant was aged on its lees for 5 months.
