This is the new vintage of the exquisite Rimarts Reserva Especial Chardonnay. A varietal Chardonnay produced by the Rimarts winery, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from vineyards located in the outskirts of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the heartland of Cava.
Vinified in a traditional manner, following the Champenoise method, after the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations, this Cava Reserva from Penedès was aged for a minimum of 50 months in the cellar.
The cava Rimarts Reserva Especial Chardonnay 2017 was manually disgorged on the date printed on the back label.
All bottles of this Brut reserva especial are numbered.

White fruit, jasmine, citrus, English custard and some remembrances of honey and aromatic herbs. Tiny, delicate bubbles, and long finish with notes of aniseed, smoke and bitter herbs. |
