Made from the traditional varieties Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, Rimarts Gran Reserva Brut Nature 40 is enlivened by a touch of Chardonnay that brings volume and complexity to this organic Cava.
Produced by the Rimarts winery, this Spanish sparkling wine was traditionally vinified following the traditional method.
After that, this Cava was aged for more than 40 months in the cellar.
The disgorging date of Rimarts 40 Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2018 is printed on the back label.
No sugar was added to this Brut Nature Cava after the disgorgement.
