Produced by the Rexach Baqués winery, Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva is made from vineyards certified organic, located in one of the freshest zones in Penedès.
This Brut Nature Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, the three traditional Cava varieties.
Produced following the traditional method, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation the wine was bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
After that, Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2019 was aged for a minimum of 40 months in the cellar.
Finally, this Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva was manually disgorged and not added shipping liquor prior to its release.
