The 2019 vintage of Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature from bodega Caves Recaredo, a member of the Corpinnat association of producers, differs slightly from the previous one.

This blended Spanish sparkling wine is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, this time nuanced with a 1% Monastrell.

The grapes are sorted from vines planted in differents kinds of soils, all of them with a high limestone content. They are grown following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic farming.

Harvested by hand, the grapes were separately vinified. Subsequently, 5% of the wine was aged in oak barrels.

After its bottling, Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2019 was aged for a minimum of 40 months and manually disgorged – with no addition of shipping liquor – prior to its commercial release.

Our personal opinion	Flawless as usual, Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2019 is a delightful sparkling wine.
Palate	Very fresh, with a crisp and well-defined structure which is dry and smooth at the same time. The bubbles of this sparkling wine of the Recaredo winery are perfectly integrated, and the wine has a long finish with a delicate remembrance of aniseed and white fruit, nuanced by a smoky touch.
