This the new vintage of Ravent贸s i Blanc Blanc de Blancs, previously known as L鈥橦ereu Brut.
A single parcel Spanish sparkling wine, the grapes come from Vinya del Llac, an over 40-year-old vineyard situated near a lake that naturally regulates the temperature. Still awaiting to be recognized with its own Designation of Origin, the area is known as Conca de l’Anoia.
This sparkling wine is made from a blend of mostly Xarel路lo, with Macabeo, Parellada and a droplet (5%) of Malvasia de Sitges.
Once in the cellar, the three varieties were separately fermented according to variety and origin. Then the blend was made and this brut sparkling wine was bottled and then went through secondary fermentation.
Finally, Ravent贸s i Blanc Blanc de Blancs 2021 was aged for a minimum of 18 months in the bottle. No shipping liquor was added to the wine after the disgorgement
As with all of Ravent贸s i Blanc wines, the disgorging date of this organic sparkling wine is printed on the back label.
