Produced by bodega U Mes U –which recently unveiled its redesigned brand image- the Cava Rara Avis Ardea Pinot Noir Brut Rosé is a part of a new collection of small-production sparklers.
A varietal Pinot Noir, this Spanish sparkling wine is sourced from organically farmed vineyards planted at around 280 metres of altitude,
Traditionally vinified, after a gentle pressing of the grapes this Cava brut rosé was fermented in stainless tanks. Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle.
After that, the cava Rara Avis Ardea Pinot Noir Brut Rosé was aged for a minimum of 14 months.
