This is the new vintage of Pinord +7, a very interesting Spanish red wine made from a blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The grapes come exclusively from Mas Blanc, a terraced 18-hectare certified organic and biodynamic vineyard located between the towns of Bellmunt and Falset, in the heart of DOQ Priorat.
The 2019 vintage was an unusually dry one. Once perfect maturation had been achieved in September, the grapes were manually harvested and separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Pinord +7 2019 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Finally, this wine of Bodegas Pinord was aged for 24 months before hitting the market.
Decant this red wine from Priorat 1 hour before drinking.
