Produced by bodega Pazo Tizón, the red wine Pazo Tizón Extramundi Tinto is basically made from Araúxa (the local variant of Tempranillo), with a smidgen of Mencía and Grenache.
This interesting Spanish red wine comes from a 2-hectare vineyard planted with vines around 15 years old, in DO Ribeiro.

It is worth mentioning that Pazo Tizón Extramundi Tinto 2019 wine did not went through malolactic fermentation after completing alcoholic fermentation. With the aim of preserving its top-notch natural acidity and crunchy character, this red wine from Ribeiro was not aged in oak either.
