A varietal Spanish white wine from DO Rías Baixas, Pazo de Señorans is produced by bodega Pazo de Señorans from estate-grown grapes.
The vineyards are located in the Salnés valley, an area in the province of Pontevedra considered the ideal place for cultivating the Albariño variety.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were first cold-soaked and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC.
After that, this white wine from Rías Baixas was aged on its lees for about 5 months. Finally, Pazo Señorans 2022 was clarified before being bottled.
