The new vintage of Pas de Sucre Brut Nature Gran Reserva, previously known as Conde de Valicourt Pas de Sucre, comes with a new label.
Produced by Cava Conde de Valicourt, a very small winery based in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of 40% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo and 20% Parellada, sourced from vines 30 years old on average situated in the Penedès region.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, the Cava Pas de Sucre Brut Nature Gran Reserva was aged in 48 months and added no shipping liquor or sugar after being disgorged.
