Produced by Parès Baltà, Parés Baltà Rosa Cusiné is a varietal Spanish sparkling wine made solely from Grenache.

This single vineyard organic Cava from Penedès is sourced from grapes coming from Finca Les Torres, located at an altitude of 670 metres above sea level. The place has special microclimate that imparts the grapes a remarkable freshness and elegance.

Crafted following the traditional method, after completing fermentation the grapes they were aged for 3 months on its lees with daily pump-overs. The aim was to increase the volume and creaminess of this organic sparkling wine from Penedès.

After that, the Cava Parés Baltà Rosa Cusiné 2017 went through secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for a minimum of 48 months.

We suggest that you open this Gran Reserva Brut Rosé Cava some time before drinking.
