Despite its unmistakably Mediterranean name, the white wine Ginesta («Ginesta» means «Broom») is a varietal Gewürztraminer, a Central European grape variety which has adapted quite well to the Penedès region.
Produced by Parés Baltà, this Spanish white wine from is sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards located at an altitude of 540 metres.
The soils are composed of rocks and sand. This, together with the mild climate, brings an extraordinary aromatic quality to this white wine from Penedès.
Traditionally vinified, Parés Baltà Ginesta 2022 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 14 days.
