The new vintage ot the excellent Cava Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné combines the freshness and tension of the indigenous Xarel·lo variety with the elegance of the French varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Produced by the Parés Baltà winery, this organic and biodynamic Cava was meticulously crafted.
First, the white varieties were fermented in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. As for the Pinot Noit, it was fermented in new French oak barrels and further aged for 2 months with 3 weekly stirrings of its lees.
After that, this Spanish sparkling wine was blended and bottled.
Once secondary fermentation was completed, Parés Baltà Blanca Cusiné 2013 was aged for a minimum of 80 months before its disgorgement.
