Produced by Clos 93, an under-the-radar winery from DOQ Priorat, Parèntesis Blanc is a limited production Spanish white wine much appreciated by discerning wine aficionados.
It is made from an indigenous blend of White Grenache and Pedro Ximénez, a variety originally from southern Spain with a long history in Priorat.
After a careful selection of the hand-picked grapes, this white wine from Priorat was meticulously vinified.
The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in French oak barrels. After that, Parèntesis Blanc 2021 was aged for 6 months on its lees before being bottled.
Since it is produced in a Burgundian style, we suggest drinking this white wine fermented and aged in oak at a temperature slightly higher than usual.
This is almost a collector’s item. Only 1,200 bottles produced.
