Produced by Vínicola del Priorat, the biggest coop in DOQ Priorat, Ònix Fusió is a blend of old-vines Carignan and Grenache with a small amount of Syrah. The grapes are sourced from 300 parcels scattered across the Priorat region, planted with vines 35 years old on average.
Manually harvested, the grapes were fully destemmed before vinification. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, Ònix Fusió 2021 was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
