A blend of Carignan and Grenache made from over 70-year-old vines, Ònix Evolució from DOQ Priorat is a Spanish red wine produced by bodega Vinícola del Priorat.
Picked by hand at the optimal ripening point, the grape bunches were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, the red wine Ònix Evolució 2019 was transferred into French oak barrels and aged for 12 months before bottling.
Savoury and deep, this Crianza red wine is a transparent, appealing Priorat.
