This delicious Spanish sweet white wine is made from grapes sorted from a single, south-oriented vineyard called Finca El Bosque.
Coming from DO Navarra, Ochoa Moscatel is made solely from Moscatel de grano menudo (a variety known in French as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains).
Produced by Bodega Ochoa, the grapes were not harvested until they had reached a naturally overripe state. At that point, they were picked at night, brought to the cellar, destemmed and gently crushed.
After being fermented for several weeks, the process was cold-stopped to preserve a sufficient amount of natural sugar in the wine.
Prior to its bottling, Ochoa Moscatel 2021 was stabilized.
We suggest that you serve this sweet white wine from Navarra cool, not chilled.
