The only Spanish red wine produced by bodega Noelia Bebelia, Noelia Bebelia Preguiceiro has the deeply Atlantic character which characterizes Galician red wines and separates them from most red wines produced in Spain.
Produced in the Soutomaior area, the smallest subzone of DO Rías Baixas, this wine is made from a totally indigenous blend of Sousón, Caíño and Brancellao, three varieties grown in granite-sandy soils on the slopes of the Verdugo river.
Hand-harvested on site, the grapes were gently pressed to obtain the free-run must. After that, this red wine aged on lees was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for 12 days.
After finishing the process, Noelia Bebelia Preguiceiro 2020 was aged for 4 months in the tanks before being bottled.
