The elegant Cava Naveran Perles Roses is made solely from Pinot Noir.
Meticulously harvested at the beginning of August, the grapes were macerated prior to alcoholic fermentation to obtain the ochre coloration characteristic of this Spanish sparkling wine.
After that, they were gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Produced by Cavas Naveran, Naveran Perles Roses 2019 completed secondary fermentation in the bottle, after which it was aged for 24 months.
This elegant rosé Cava from Penedès is also known as Naveran Cuvée Antonia.
