Produced by Caves Naveran, Naveran Perles Blanques is made from vines located in Torrelavit, Penedès.
This Spanish sparkling wine is made from two French varieties allowed by the DO Cava: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The Pinot Noir was vinified in stainless steel tanks to produce a Blanc de Noirs. As for the Chardonnay, it was vinified in oak barre and in stainless steel tanks.
After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, this Cava from Penedès was blended and bottled.
Once secondary fermentation was completed, Naveran Perles Blanques Brut 2017 was aged for a minimum of 24 months prior to its commercial release.
This versatile Cava Brut Reserva will perfectly match a multi-course dinner.
