Produced by bodega Mestres, one of the few quality sparkling wine producers still bearing the DO Cava label, Mestres Rosat Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a totally indigenous rosé sparkling wine from Penedès.
Made from Trepat, Grenache and Monastrell, this Spanish sparkling wine was sourced from over 20-year-old vineyards.
After finishing alcoholic fermentation, this brut nature rosé cava was aged for some months on lees. After that, it was blended and bottled.
Then, Mestres Rosat Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2019 completed secondary fermentation and was aged for 30 months minimum in the bottle. It was disgorged on the date printed on the back label.
The production of this gran reserva rosé cava is limited.
