This blended Spanish sparkling wine is produced by the Heretat Mas Tinell winery.
A combination of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada & Chardonnay, the Cava Mastinell Heretat Nature Gran Reserva is sourced from estate-owned vineyards over 50 years of age.
Meticulously harvested, the grapes were first fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this Cava brut nature gran reserva was blended and bottled.
After that, Mastinell Heretat Nature Gran Reserva 2014 was aged for more than 60 months in the cellar.
No sugar was added to this Cava del Penedès after disgorging it. Total amount of of residual sugar is 2.2 grams per litre.
