Made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the Cava Mas Tinell Brut Real Gran Reserva is produced by Heretat Mas Tinell.
The grapes were traditionally vinified. After completing secondary fermentation, Mas Tinell Brut Real Gran Reserva was aged for 36 months in the bottle.
The sugar content of this Cava is 8.5 grams per litre.
Interestingly, this Spanish sparkling wine was selected by the Spanish Olympic Committee as the official Cava for the 2008 Beijing Olimpics
Excellently priced, this Cava Brut Gran Reserva from Penedès makes for a nice afternoon drink.
