Produced from carefully harvested Grenache grapes, Mas Llunes Garnatxa d’Empordà Solera is a limited-production Spanish sweet red wine from L’Empordà.
First, the grapes were cold-macerated with the skins before being spontaneously fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process was stopped by adding wine alcohol.
Then Mas Llunes Garnatxa d’Empordà Solera of bodega Mas Llunes was aged in soleras for a substantial period of time.
The result is a rich sweet wine from Empordà full of character and complexity.
Only 2,000 bottles produced.
