This is a interesting organic Cava produced by the Maria Casanovas winery.
It is crafted solely from Pinot Noir, the empress of red grape varieties.
After a meticulous harvest, the grapes of this Spanish sparkling wine were macerated for 12 to 24 hours with the skins to obtain extract colour and aromas. After that, Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Rosado was aged for a minimum of 18 months.
The Cava Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Rosado will perfectly accompany a whole meal.
