Produced by Bodegas Cunqueiro, Máis de Cunqueiro Torrontés is made solely from Torrontés, a variety indigenous to the Ribeiro region. The vines are planted along the banks of the Miño river.
The grapes come from a single vineyard, Finca A Erbedeira, a site with excellent climatic conditions and a particular soil composition.
Picked by hand, the grapes were gently pressed using a pneumatic press and macerated with carbonic snow. This Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, Máis de Cunqueiro Torrontés 2021 was aged on lees for a period of 2 months. It was fined and stabilized before bottling.
