The flagship wine of Celler Pascona, Lo Pare de Pascona is an uncompromisingly terroir-oriented wine produced in DO Montsant.
A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this Spanish red wine is produced from the oldest vines of the winery. They are planted in rugged slate soils, similar to those of the neighbouring Priorat.
After a careful vinificacion carried out following minimal intervention procedures, Lo Pare de Pascona 2019 was aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.
Decant this Crianza red wine at least 1 hour before drinking.
This blended red wine from Montsant is an under-the-radar jewel that should evolve nicely in the bottle.
Only 1,000 bottles produced.
