A semisweet Corpinnat sparkling wine, Llopart Néctar Terrenal is made from a blend of Xarel·lo and Parellada, sourced from vineyards located in Subirats, Penedès.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine has a unique combination of harmonious sensations that are tasty and aromatic. After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, this vegan and organic sparkling wine of bodega Cavas Llopart was aged for a minimum of 18 months in bottle.
Once disgorged, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was added shipping liquor partially aged in oak barrels, providing a rich and complex mouthfeel.
A sparkling wine to accompany any pastry or dessert, Llopart Néctar Terrenal 2020 is also very surprising and pleasant with foie gras, strong cheese, and smoked foods.
