This is the new vintage of Llopart Leopardi, an impeccable Spanish sparkling wine from one of the best producers in Penedès.
This delicate Corpinnat Brut Nature sparkling wine is made from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
The grapes come from estate-owned vineyards located near the town of Subirats, Alt Penedès.
Vinified in a traditional manner, secondary fermentation of Llopart Leopardi 2016 took place inside the bottle. After that, this organic sparkling wine was aged for 60 months prior to its commercial release.
The vintage label of this Corpinnat sparkling wine, which reproduces a design from the year 1887, provides information about the origins and the long winemaking tradition of the Cavas Llopart winery, which dates back to the fourteenth century.
Production around 35,000 bottles.
