The elegant Llopart Integral Brut is made from a blend of two traditional varieties, 40% Xarel·lo and 30% Parellada, complemented with a 30% of Chardonnay which brings a particular smoothness to this Spanish sparkling wine.
Following the guidelines of the Corpinnat association of producers, all the estate vineyards of Cavas Llopart are organically farmed.
The vinification of this organic sparkling wine was meticulous. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC, this parkler was bottled and completed secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Finally, Llopart Integral Brut Nature 2020 from Penedès by was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar.
This organic Corpinnat sparkling wine pairs excellently with light dishes, tapas and appetizers.
