This is the new vintage of Llopart Brut Nature, one of Penedès’ absolute best values, made from certified organic vineyards and marketed under the Corpinnat label.
Produced by Cavas Llopart, this Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of 45% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 20% Xarel·lo.
After a traditional vinification process, the grapes were bottled and added yeasts and liquor. Then Llopart Brut Nature 2018 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 36 months.
Finally, this versatile Corpinnat sparkling wine was manually disgorged.
This is excellent for accompanying a multi-course meal.
