Produced in DO Costers del Segre, L’Olivera Gran Reserva Brut Nature comes with a redesigned label and a new name.
From now on, this Spanish sparking wine of bodega L’Olivera Cooperativa will be called L’Olivera Reserva Superior.
A varietal Macabeo, the grapes are sourced from vineyards certified organic with deep soils that help to keep acidity high.
After completing alcoholic fermentation, the base wine was aged in oak barrels for 3 months.
After that, L’Olivera Reserva Superior 2018 went through secondary fermentation in the bottle and was aged for 24 months. The result is a highly original organic sparkling wine.
The disgorging is made on demand. No sugar is added to this sparkling wine from Costers del Segre after the operation.
