Made from vines situated near Marçà, L’Efecte Volador Vinyes Singulars Magnum is a 1.5 litre Spanish red wine from DO Montsant.

The wine is a blend of Grenache & Samsó (a.k.a. Carignan), planted more than thirty years ago in soils composed mainly of llicorella (black slate) and sauló (decomposed granite).

Crafted by Josep Grau Viticultor, the grapes were manually harvested and brought to the cellar in little boxes. After a careful selection, they were partially destemmed and subsequently fermented with indigenous yeasts and macerated in concrete vats.

After that, L’Efecte Volador Vinyes Singulars 2021 Magnum was aged for 6 months in those same containers.

Decant 30 minutes before drinking.

Palate	Defined by its freshness and agility, this red wine from Josep Grau Viticultor has some mild tannins, an extremely inviting texture and a refreshing acidity. Long and crisp, with a persistent finish that leaves remembrances of ripe fuit, toast, tobacco and liquorice.
